Description

A Marinade of soy sauce & maple syrup that is crazy good for mushroom burgers or as a tofu marinade

Ingredients

• 60ml soy sauce
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 tbs maple syrup
• 1 tbs brown sugar
• 2 tbs tomato paste
• 1½ tsp oregano

Preparation

1. throw asll the ingredients above together & mix well with a whisker

Tips

Note the difference between tsp (teaspoon) & tbs (table spoon)
